Jim Tam

As Vice President of Business Development, Jim Tam is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and cultivating new business opportunities for 2020, specifically targeting new vertical markets such as satellite TV, home remodeling, publishing, hospitality, and financial services.

Mr. Tam joined 2020 in November of 2007, after spending the previous two years as Regional Vice President of Kastle Systems International, an outsourced electronic access control and security services company. He also worked at Citigroup for 16 years in a variety of marketing, sales, business development, and retail positions.

The challenge of bringing the services of 2020 to new industries and acquiring new clients drew Mr. Tam to 2020. He enjoys mentoring others and sharing the “best practices” learned throughout his career with young people just starting their careers.

Mr. Tam received his BS in Finance and International Business from New York University, and his MBA in Marketing and General Management from Dowling College, also in New York.
