John O'Neill

John O’Neill serves as Executive Vice President for 2020 companies. In this capacity, Mr. O’Neill oversees the success of all retail businesses, including traditional retail stores and big-box retailers, and he leads events-marketing programs for all of 2020’s retail clients. Mr. O'Neill was instrumental in obtaining 2020’s first retail store contract with Verizon Wireless, a key piece of business that subsequently led to Verizon's awarding of their events-marketing business to 2020. He was also responsible for creating the entire infrastructure for 2020's retail divisions, including operational standards, commissions and payroll processes, and the division’s commissions and management structure.

Mr. O'Neill came to 2020 in June 2006 from Sprint, where he served in various capacities, including Advanced Skills Special Project Lead and Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing for the Northeast. While Senior Manager, he helped Sprint launch more than 100 stores in the Northeast that were responsible for more than 500,000 new activations per year.

Mr. O'Neill's work at 2020 enables him to do what he feels he does best: help clients achieve new sales levels, increase market share and maintain sales momentum, all while working with cutting-edge technology and continually helping team members achieve new levels of success.

Laurie McGuire

Laurie McGuire serves as Senior Vice President for the Retail Division for 2020 Companies. In this capacity, Ms. McGuire is responsible for the retail sales force, sales managers and the operations of the division. She also oversees contract management and new-store growth and helps ensure that client-directed revenue targets are met or exceeded. Ms. McGuire joined 2020 in April 2006 as the Regional Manager for the Retail Division. She was promoted two months later to Vice President of Retail, charged with initiating and leading a telecom retail-store rollout for a new and notable client involving 22 new stores in eight states. Her division rapidly met and exceeded sales objectives and has since maintained those results, leading to her most recent promotion.

Prior to joining 2020, Ms. McGuire was the Executive Director of the Children's Advocacy Center in Portage County, Ohio, where she developed and coordinated a countywide cooperative that addressed child sexual abuse from county, statewide and national views. Ms. McGuire's efforts led to increased child-abuse legislation, prosecution and law enforcement, both locally and nationally, as well as improved medical care, mental care and social services for the child victims and their families. To support these initiatives, she successfully initiated and drove a number of fundraising efforts and grant awards.

Ms. McGuire is a registered nurse and completed her nursing education at Kent State University. She has achieved the rank of Third-Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and has been honored with numerous community service awards, including both the 2004 Ohio Governor's Highway Safety award and the 2004 National Governor's programs in the state of Ohio.

Vincent Pischettola

Vincent Pischettola currently serves as Vice President of Retail Sales for 2020 Companies. In this role, he is responsible for leading our national retail sales force and driving sales and revenue targets in accordance with our clients' directives. Vincent joined 2020 in December 2006 as Regional Manager. He played an integral part in the rapid growth of our retail sales division through the first year of his career with 2020, and was promoted to Director of Retail Sales in September 2007. Vincent also spearheaded the launch of more than 100 successful retail locations in 17 states and DC... and the new launches are continuing to grow monthly.

Vincent came to 2020 from Sprint, where he held various management roles in the Northeast Retail Sales Division. He was responsible for the successful launch of a new outside sales program for the New York Metro region. This led to a national program for which he created the infrastructure. He has held positions in retail sales of wireless products for more than eight years.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University School of Communication. He is a New Jersey native and resides with his family in Ocean County. Vincent enjoys giving back to his community. He holds a state certification in firefighting and has been a volunteer firefighter for more than 13 years.
