Calen Schultz

Calen Schultz serves as Vice President of Sales at 2020 Companies. His responsibilities include exceeding the expectations of our clients, providing the sales force with the tools they need to acquire customers for our major clients, and equipping them with the business skills to grow their own teams.

Mr. Schultz joined 2020 in 2005 as a Sales Rep and achieved the positions of General Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President. In less than two years, he built his sales force from 7 reps in one city to 180 reps in eight states.

Before joining 2020 Companies, Mr. Schultz was employed by GNC, where he was one of the youngest assistant managers at the company.

Mr. Schultz enjoys the opportunity to help others succeed in a positive environment with unlimited earning potential. In fact, six of the first 10 sales reps on his first team as a General Manager are now Regional Managers. Mr. Schultz also enjoys the opportunity he now has to give back to his community, including contributions to a charity that enables abused children to attend professional sporting events.



Chris Green

Christopher Green is an Executive Vice President of Sales at 2020 Companies. Since 2005, he has managed a division with more than $50 million in annual business. During his tenure, Mr. Green's division has expanded to become the fastest-growing organization in 2020's history. Prior to 2020, he was the Southeast Vice President of Enterprise Solutions for MCI, where he led his region to the number one position in the United States.

Mr. Green strongly believes in the mantra that giving "in terms of time, energy and charitable contributions" is a way of living both within and outside of 2020. He is proud to be part of a winning team and works diligently to help his team members achieve their goals and realize their dreams. Mr. Green holds a BA from Washington University and an MBA from the University of Miami.

Mr. Green is father to Caroline and Catherine, and husband to Jennifer.



Daniel Rowland

As an Executive Vice President of Sales, Daniel Rowland leads both an internal operations team and a national sales team to drive results and meet clients' needs. Since joining 2020 in 2000 as one of the company's first employees, Mr. Rowland has held numerous sales and sales-management positions, including Sales Representative, Sales Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President of Sales. He has also launched more than 80 successful campaigns for cable, telecommunications and energy companies in more than 70 cities around the country.

A passionate leader and mentor, Mr. Rowland is proud to be a part of 2020's winning team, which has a long history of exceeding both client and employee expectations. He feels privileged to be able to help his team members reach their most ambitious personal and professional goals by setting continually higher expectations and fostering a positive corporate environment.



DJ Seiter

DJ Seiter serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for 2020 Companies. His responsibilities include the management of leaders who oversee sales and operations for more than two dozen teams under contracts with several major clients.

Mr. Seiter joined 2020 Companies in 2001 as a door-to-door agent and quickly rose through the ranks as a Sales Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President, with increased responsibility and success in each role. Before joining 2020, he was a top sales performer in other door-to-door companies, telemarketing firms, auto dealerships, and retail stores.

As a long-term employee, Mr. Seiter views 2020 Companies as a challenging, positive, and rewarding place to be. He has experienced the growth of the company firsthand and he appreciates the opportunity to teach his team members new skills and mold them into strong business people.

He also appreciates having the financial freedom to provide for his family and to benefit his community through charitable contributions.



Jordan Robert Landsberg

Jordan Landsberg serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for 2020 Companies. He previously served as a Regional Manager, Director, and Vice President since joining the company in June 2006. In these positions, Mr. Landsberg oversaw the new launches or building of markets in Florida, New Jersey, New York, Texas, California, and Colorado.

The opportunity to learn and grow both professionally and economically brought Mr. Landsberg to 2020 Companies from Verizon Business, where he began his career in sales and advanced to the management of Enterprise business accounts. He earned a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish from Western State College in Colorado.

Mr. Landsberg attributes most of his success to recruiting the right people, giving them the tools and knowledge they need to do their jobs, and getting out of their way. He believes that seeing people for what they can be empowers them to achieve greatness, thereby leading to their personal success and the success of 2020 Companies.



Larry Dale Clark

Larry Dale Clark serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for 2020 Companies. His responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, meeting and exceeding client expectations, and recruiting and training employees, who are the future leaders of the organization.


Mr. Clark began his career with 2020 as a sales rep in 2001, and served as a General Manager, a District Manager, Director, and Vice President before his promotion to Senior Vice President.

Mr. Clark has been successful in opening and maintaining successful marketing campaigns for Fortune 100 communications companies in 25 states over the past several years. Before he joined 2020 Companies, he was the highest-performing and youngest salesman for Cavalier Associated Retailers. He is also a member of Toastmasters International, a communication and leadership organization.


Mr. Clark`s passion for his work is based on the premise that if you love what you do, you`ll never work a day in your life. His passion helps individuals succeed at 2020 every day.



Matt March

Matthew Paul March serves as Executive Vice President of Sales for 2020 Companies. Mr. March works with the executive team to ensure that both clients' needs and sales targets were met and exceeded. Since joining the company in 2000, Mr. March has held a number of key leadership positions, including Sales Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President, and has launched more than 80 successful campaigns, including campaigns for every major cable and telephone company in the United States.

Prior to joining 2020, Mr. March was a Sales Representative for the Colorado Choice Meat Company, where, out of more than 100 representatives, he ranked number one in sales in 1999.

As one of the first employees at 2020, Mr. March is thrilled with the growth and success the company has achieved in such a short period of time. He enjoys seeing his team members and peers grow both personally and professionally, and he takes great pride in the fact that 2020 can make such a profound difference in its employees' lives and careers.



Robert Desselle, Jr.

Rob Desselle serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for 2020 Companies. His responsibilities include meeting with clients to address issues and maintain good customer service, participating in conference calls and meetings to convey sales and product information to his teams, and managing and growing his sales force to help them and the company succeed.

Mr. Desselle began his career with 2020 Companies in New Orleans as a Sales Rep in 2003. He rapidly became a top sales performer and was promoted to General Manager, where he managed 30 record-breaking sales reps. His career path at 2020 also included positions as Regional Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President before his promotion to Senior Vice President.

Mr. Desselle enjoys being able to work with highly successful people, who care enough to help others become successful. He also welcomes the challenges of helping his team succeed by giving them his time, knowledge, energy, support, love, and on occasion tough love.
Before joining 2020, Mr. Desselle worked in sales for Anheuser-Busch and Circuit City. He earned an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Delgado Community College in Louisiana.



Steve Crenshaw

As VP of Sales for 2020 Companies, Steven L. Crenshaw is charged with driving revenue, growing the client base, advancing client relationships, and furthering the skills and career opportunities of the sales and sales-management team at 2020. Since joining the company in 1999, Mr. Crenshaw has held various positions, including General Manager, Regional Manager and independent contractor. As a regional manager, he was recognized for being the first regional manager to surpass weekly revenues of $100,000 in the California markets. And while an independent contractor for 2020, he generated more revenue in one year than all other current 2020 contractors combined.

At 2020, Mr. Crenshaw embraces the challenge and responsibility of helping to build a lasting legacy. He enjoys working with dynamic leaders, and he relishes the opportunity to help guide and mentor his team to reach their full potential both personally and professionally.

Mr. Crenshaw holds a BS from Graceland University, where he was captain of the football team. He also attended Southwest Baptist University, helping to lead its football team to the first team conference and the national playoffs.



Tim Phillips

Tim Phillips serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for 2020 Companies. His responsibilities include overseeing sales teams and motivating and training managers nationwide. Tim joined 2020 Companies in 2002 and rose through the ranks, beginning as a sales rep and progressing through the positions of General Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President.

Tim's experiences with 2020 have led him to become an excellent motivator and public speaker. He enjoys interacting with the sales teams across the country, inspiring them to bigger and better things through motivation and training.

He has enjoyed watching 2020 Companies grow, from one office in Houston to its current nationwide footprint. Tim enjoys the opportunity to lead young men and women from ''zero to hero'' by teaching them how to follow their dreams by never taking their eyes off the prize.



Ross Hubbard

Ross Robert Hubbard serves as Vice President of Sales at 2020 Companies. In this role, he is responsible for directing the growth and development of the people who report directly to him, serving as a major link between the field teams and 2020's corporate partners, and providing feedback and suggestions to clients regarding best practices and the continued growth of client contracts.

Mr. Hubbard came to 2020 in 2004 as a Sales Rep and served as Sales Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, and Director before being promoted to Vice President. He demonstrated his ability to rise through the ranks with his prior employer, the Angelic Brewing Company, where he began as a bouncer and held the position of top bartender before leaving to bring his talents to 2020 Companies.

One of Mr. Hubbard's most important accomplishments has been his receptiveness to the opportunities provided by 2020, along with the commitment to work daily with honesty and integrity. He teaches people about accountability and choice, and he truly believes that everyone can choose to change their thoughts and actions to achieve what they want.

Mr. Hubbard earned a B.A. degree in Biology with a Pre-Med emphasis from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. He was on the baseball and wrestling teams, and he earned Academic All-American Honors.

Gregory V. Ours

As Vice President of Sales for 2020 Companies, Greg Ours responsibilities include regular interactions with clients to keep them informed about his teams activities and to promote new business ventures. He is also responsible for developing and training his management teams to drive sales and provide opportunities for advancement. Greg informs team members and managers on product changes and sales strategies and assists them in strategizing to solve problems.

Greg started working at 2020 in July 2006 as a sales rep and progressed to General Manager, Regional Manager, and Director before his promotion to Vice President.

Before coming to 2020, Greg worked as a direct sales representative for Bright House Networks. His performance in that position earned him the title of Salesman of the Year for four years running.

Greg values his career at 2020 because of the opportunities he has to change many lives on a daily basis. Helping others realize their dreams and aspirations is one of the best parts of the job. Greg enjoys teaching and advising some of the most talented "up and comers" in the company and he looks forward to seeing them at the top.

Brett Dowling

Brett Dowling is Vice President of Sales for 2020 Companies. He is responsible for the management, growth, and development of the sales force for multiple clients in nine states.

Brett joined 2020 in December 2002 as a sales representative. Due to his excellent performance, he was promoted to General Manager, Regional Manager, and Director before his most recent promotion to Vice President.

Before coming to 2020, Brett was employed as a sales consultant for Frank Parra Autoplex. During his time there, he was the top performing, yet youngest, sales consultant on staff.

According to Brett, the most exciting aspect of his role with 2002 is the opportunity to positively impact lives on a daily basis. Recruiting, developing, and motivating the sales force are his top priorities.

During his tenure with 2020, Brett has promoted more than 25 General Managers and several Regional Managers. He looks forward to contributing to the continued success of the company through his efforts to make others successful.
