Sales Rep Pathway:

Our Sales Representatives are steeped in a positive, highly-motivated environment along with clear and data-driven goals to ensure their success.  Below is an overview of a Sales Rep Pathway.

Step 1

REP

A Rep is an entry-level Representative with entry-level pay focused on learning the process.  Reps earn commission on sales.

Step 2

PRO

A Pro is a Rep who has met criteria to be promoted to a Pro.  Becoming a Pro means higher pay per sale, and the ability to refer SbR leads for commission.

Step 3

TEAM LEAD

A Pro who has met specific criteria who is willing to take on additional responsibilities.  The Team Lead will receive higher pay, leadership training, and responsibilities of driving 3-4 reps to the field.  The Team Lead will need to personally recruit.

Step 4

Sales Manager

Proven Team Lead who has met specific criteria, and displayed leadership qualities that enable them to oversee hiring, training, and sales production.

Step 5

ROM

The Regional Office Manager (ROM) will oversee all office activities that drive sales through recruiting, training, and motivating team members.
