In a quarterly planning session, we explored underserved and high-potential channels to drive incremental units. The program included assisted sales, retailer training, merchandising, and inventory initiatives. The client agreed to pilot a military brand ambassador program on 5 top bases.

Solution

Our Analytics team broke down data from the previous year and our Mystery Shop team did field surveys of store management to get an understanding of real opportunity. We promoted a field leader to provide dedicated support and used our Talent Network to launch within 45 days of the signed statement of work.

Results

  • After the first two quarters of increasing product sales by 258% & training 45k customers, expanded to cover to over 50 bases.
  • 14.2 days TTF (time-to-fill) for the expanded coverage.
  • After one year, 93% retention of BAs by providing increased engagement, mentorship, and professional development.
